similar in appearance to the Guitar Hero logo (but with a slightly less “rocking” font please! The important bit is: “team” at the top, “schnitzel” below.)
black/white/gray so it can be used black on white and white on black.

really well done

nope i haven't. all i know is that an logo needs to be professional and clean most of the time, eye catchy, reflect the actual company somehow and stuff like that.

I usually like to play with the resources I have, that's how I always come up with a logo, for instance, to play with a font's letters until I come up with a shape and such which will be good as an actual concept for a logo.
